The front of this card indicates the name of the steamship "Caronia" June 6th 1906, manifest number 40, name A. Larson at Quarantine and on railroads in the U.S. The back of the card is the Inspector's Card indicating contract number 23271, point of departure Liverpool, Ship RMS Caronia, date of departure June 5th 1906. It has been stamped by the American Consul in Liverpool and another stamp which is not legible. There is a place to indicate that daily inspection has been made for 14 days, also that immigrant has been vaccinated.
